Do your signs work outdoors?
We can design LED neon signs to work outdoors – with resilience to extremely cold temperatures, and dusty or windy conditions. When designing your sign please mention your need for weather-proofing of the sign.
Do your signs come with a warranty?
All of our LED neon signs come with a 2 year warranty which covers all eletronics, components and manufacturing faults. We also cover postage issues.
How long does it take to get a custom LED sign?
We have a very fast production timeframe – it typically takes 1-3 days to manufacture an LED neon sign.
Do I need custom electrician or anything specialized?
All of our signs come with everything you need to mount and install the sign. We supply USA approved power supply which plugs into a regular wall socket, it also comes with your desired mounting option included.
